C&E Wurzer Construction is Hiring an Outside Sales Representative Near Orland, IL

C&E Wurzer Construction is actively seeking an Outside Sales Representative. We are a third-generation family-owned company that has been participating in the residential home industry for over sixty years. Full benefits of health, dental, and vision will be awarded to employee after successful completion of initiation period.

Responsibilities:

  • Informing clients to become knowledgeable of our building process.
  • Maintaining/creating outstanding, professionally beneficial relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Daily display of strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Maintaining electronic and hard-copy files.
  • Entering data into company CRM.

Requirements:

  • Confidence to work in a challenging evolutionary environment.
  • Ability to adapt and learn our building process.
  • Consistent display of energetic stamina and commitment to one’s responsibility set.
  • Valid driver's license is required as new company vehicles are provided.
  • Previous industry experience is helpful, but not required.

Compensation:

Employee will be paid as a traditional W-2 employment. Commission shall include 20% profit sharing of each job generated. This equates to a first year sales rep earning a six-figure income. Commissions are calculated and assessed upon job completion. Generation to Completion of our average remodeling project is approximately two months. A 60K/yr draw against commission is awarded for as long as it is needed to achieve financial freedom. Full benefits of health, dental, and vision will be awarded to employee after successful completion of initiation period.
